If you hold that oil for a year or two then it should bounce back nicely


The world is still heavily dependent on oil so you likely got a great bargain if you just bought recently. But it depends on what specific stock you bought because some of the smaller companies and US Shale companies are more at risk of severe pain from the current environment.
